WHY THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN
Most Amazon Agencies in Mexico are expensive and ineffective.
Our model for Amazon Marketing in Mexico
But Seller Passport is a different kind of Amazon Marketing Agency
Why “Seller Passport”? Because scaling on Amazon in Mexico in 2026 isn’t about hacks, it’s about access.
This isn't your typical Mexican Amazon marketing agency that promises results without delivering them. We will only show you the results we've already achieved with our own companies across North America, the UK and Europe.

Extend Your Amazon Presence Beyond Mexico with our Full Service Amazon Agency
As a leading Amazon Agency in Mexico, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive educational resources and answering frequently asked questions to help our clients.
What is a full service Amazon Marketing Agency and what can it do for my business in Mexico?
Most Amazon Agencies in Mexico are just PPC shops in disguise. They’ll adjust your bids, send you a monthly report, and call it "management". But in today’s marketplace, where Amazon’s AI search tools like Rufus and COSMO prioritize brand authority and context, running ads in isolation is, more than ever, a recipe for margin erosion.
A full service Amazon agency is a company that manages your Amazon account all-round, going beyond the management of advertising campaigns. The key difference lies in the breadth and integration of the services provided.
As a full-service partner, we pull every lever that influences your Amazon growth in the Mexican marketplace and beyond. This includes:
Integrated Advertising: Aligning Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP under one unified strategy.
Listing & SEO Optimization: Crafting high-conversion content and backend keywords specifically for the local search behavior in the Mexican marketplace.
Operational Infrastructure: Handling everything from account health and pricing alignment to Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content development.
We don't just "manage ads". We manage your entire retail presence to ensure your advertising performs better because your conversion rate, logistics, and brand positioning are working in sync.
We’ve worked with Amazon agencies before. How is Seller Passport different from all the other Amazon consultants in Mexico?
The main difference between Seller Passport and traditional Amazon agencies, especially in Mexico, lies in our 100% performance-based partnership model and in the breadth of our mandate.
Many agencies describe themselves as "full service" when, in practice, their scope is limited to ads and account hygiene. Creative production and the complexities of selling in and outside Mexico (logistics, warehousing, tax compliance...) are typically treated as separate projects or upsells.
Beyond having "skin in the game", Seller Passport operates with a broader, integrated mandate:
Content Production: Graphic design, A+ Content, and Brand Store development are all included, not treated as an extra.
Ongoing CRO: We run structured A/B tests across listings to systematically improve performance over time.
International Expansion and Infrastructure: We go far beyond the typical Amazon marketing agency response of “Yes, we can run ads in other countries” while leaving you to deal with the legal, bureaucratic, and tax complexities on your own. Instead, we actively manage your international expansion across Amazon in Mexico and other marketplaces in Europe, the UK, and the rest of North America.
Logistic Support Worldwide: We provide access to a 3PL network and design country-specific strategies to protect your margins against rising FBA fees.
Beyond the "Amazon Wall": We drive qualified external traffic through creators to strengthen organic ranking and reduce dependency on Amazon paid ads.
Why should I choose Seller Passport over managing my account in-house?
Managing Amazon in-house can definitely work, if you are prepared to build a complete Amazon department internally. What we often see, however, is that most brands underestimate how complex Amazon Mexico has become. Success requires coordinated expertise across advertising, retail strategy, brand positioning, SEO, creative production, logistics, and United States tax compliance.
Building a complete internal team means significant investment in salaries, tools, and training. Seller Passport was built as an alternative: our company provides a cross-functional team of Amazon operators with more than a decade of experience building and scaling brands across the rest of North America, Europe, and the UK.
That said, partnering with a full-service Amazon Marketing Agency does not necessarily mean replacing internal resources. Many organizations choose to work with an external partner to strengthen specific capabilities while maintaining internal ownership of other areas.
The question is less about outsourcing entirely and more about ensuring that all performance levers are strategically aligned.
Does your Amazon Agency work with both Seller and Vendor accounts in Mexico?
Yes, we do! We work with both Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
And to be clear: strategy differs significantly between the two. Most agencies say they do both, but what often happens is that they are skilled on Seller Central only, while they do not have much experience on Amazon Vendor Central. We heard a lot of horror stories, with agencies not managing accounts properly, and from there, things can easily fall apart.
We have a specific expertise with Vendor Central: we launched and grew from zero two brands with Vendor only, experiencing first hand the day-to-day issues like chargebacks, shortages, and negotiation with Amazon itself. If you are a Vendor in Mexico, we can help with channel management, analytics, and shipping optimization. We’ve dived so deep into Vendor Central that we are even developing a specific proprietary software tool to optimize its management.
In the end, whether you’re a 1P manufacturer or a 3P brand, we’ll give you an objective opinion on which model (or hybrid approach) is most profitable for your specific logistical setup and product category, in Mexico and beyond.
How does your Amazon Marketing Agency support brands for international expansion from Mexico into the United States, Europe, and the UK?
International expansion on Amazon is not simply a matter of activating additional marketplaces. Expanding from Mexico into the United States, Canada, or Europe introduces structural complexity across taxation, compliance, language localization, and fulfillment models. Without the correct setup, brands often encounter margin erosion or compliance risks that limit scalability.
Most agencies sell you on big dreams of foreign expansion, only for you to find out they just run ads while leaving you to deal with the legal, bureaucratic, and tax complexities on your own. Seller Passport provides the infrastructure to expand smoothly: we establish Sales Tax and VAT structures and, where appropriate, act as your Seller of Record and Importer of Record.
We manage cross-border compliance processes so your products are correctly documented and structured before entering new marketplaces, and we provide a proven logistics network across multiple countries, coordinating directly with 3PL partners to enable structured distribution models across regions, supporting both FBA and FBM strategies across multiple markets, making international expansion on Amazon Mexico, and outside of Amazon Mexico, seamless and scalable.
In practice, this means you do not need to open foreign entities, manage VAT registrations in multiple countries, or worry about EPR compliance. And this is not treated as a separate consulting project; it is integrated within our partnership model. We assume operational responsibility for the entire process, including localization of listings and Brand Stores by our native in-house team, and ensure your brand resonates in any language and marketplace you enter.
Why does your Amazon agency run a selection process? Are there specific types of businesses that do better on Amazon in Mexico?
Since we mostly make our money off of the sales commissions, we are super picky when it comes to take new clients. It needs to be the right fit. We have to know we will hit a home run… or at least a triple! There are certain gross margins and certain types of products we look for, as we want to know the upside is there to make sense for us. But please do ask, as you may be surprised.
Often a product that you might think has huge upside we might shy away from (too competitive, low margins) and then a product you might think is too niche or specific or industrial is one that we might actually get really excited about.
We work best with manufacturers and brands that have validated products, understand Amazon in Mexico and beyond is a long-term channel, and are open to structural improvements to win over competitors.
How much does an Amazon Agency cost in Mexico, and can you guarantee results?
Most Amazon Agencies in Mexico are expensive and ineffective.
We, however, work on a 100% performance-only model with no retainers and flexible, month-to-month contracts. You pay only a percentage (%) of the sales we generate, which varies based on whether you are launching now or are already making revenue. And notably, we do not take a percentage of your media spend. We believe that creates the wrong incentives, pushing you to spend more even if it hurts your bottom line.
This model comes from experience. With our first business, we charged a flat-rate monthly fee. Whether we produced 100 sales or 20,000, our fee was the same, so the only way for us to grow was to take on more and more clients. This time, we want to do things in a different way. We obviously like a certain variety and diversity associated with having a number of different clients, but we want to keep our client number small so that we are able to give each client the highest possible amount of attention.
As for guarantees: no honest agency can guarantee a specific revenue number. The marketplace is too dynamic. What we do guarantee is accountability and alignment. If you grow, we grow. If performance stagnates, we are equally exposed. This structure keeps us focused on results, not on delivering the minimum work required to keep a retainer. If we take you on, it’s because we are confident we can scale your brand in the United States and, if you are up to it, beyond.
